Acer Aspire One D250 unboxing

April 5th, 2009

This is the unboxing of the Acer Aspire One D250. The D250 is the new netbook from Acer with a 10.1 inch backlit led display. As you can see in the video, it is easy to upgrade ram, harddrive and add a mini-pci card.
There is a SIM-card slot behind the battery, but we could not confirm if it’s actally a sim reader installed.

First impression is that this is a sleek and good looking netbook.

Other specs:

Intel Atom N280 CPU
10.1 inch led backlit display (1024×600)
1 gb ram ( 2gb max)
160 gb harddrive
b/g wireless
0.3 mp webcam
Bluetooth
6-cell 4400 mah battery
Win Xp Home
Multitouch mousepad

It’s in norwegian, but drop a comment if you have questions.

    SIM card slot?
    Free MiniPCI-E connector on board?
    Bluetooth?

Anyway to see if this will be the same in the US? Just kidding… :-)

Idiot, it takes him a minute and a half to get the box open! What is the deal with the whole “unboxing” crap. Skip to the 5 minute mark so you don’t waste too much time.

About the whole unboxing thing, it’s just video of the hedonist’s contemptible materialist orgasm. I, too, think it’s a big waste of time. Just show me the product, please.
